Back in September Major League All-Star Brand Inge of the Detroit Tigers hit a home run in a game and dedicated the home run to 5 year old Noah Biorkman.
Noah is a very courageous you man who has been fighting a terminal illness for quite some time. However, that journey is very rapidly coming to an end.
However, before it does, you can help make Noah a very happy little man. His mother is making Christmas Day happen this coming weekend including a tree, decorations, the works.
