A new service called JaJah proposes offering 2 free minute phone calls that connect users on Twitter.
How Does It Work?
According to JaJah and several other sources, To make a call you simply send a Twitter message (tweet) with "@call @username" where the 'username' is the Twitter name of the person you wish to call. According to JAJAH, "If that person follows you on Twitter, a free two‐minute call - the verbal equivalent of a tweet ‐ will be initiated. Both Twitter users need to be JAJAH users as well."
What Does This Mean For Social Networking?
This new technology is a great reminder that having a tool to use like JaJah is exciting, but more importantly, its how that tool is used that becomes even more important. Having a Social Networking or Social Media Strategy is the most important asset in your online marketing campaign.
